InnoGames is Germany’s leading developer and provider of mobile games with revenues of more than 160 million. Their top titles include Forge of Empires, Elvenar and Tribal Wars. Their portfolio spans six live games and a continuously expanding mobile title collection.
The client initiated a Dynamic Preload campaign to seamlessly install their app on newly activated Android devices in the U.S. Over the following months, they found that users who interact with preloaded apps have higher retention rates, higher conversion rates, and higher loyalty. These successes stem from the fact the user trusted and tried the apps that come already installed on their phone. They began to see comparable CPI rates and an increased LTV by up to 40%. Compared to other tried and tested marketing platforms, preloading their gaming app on targeted devices delivered a far greater ROI.
InnoGames has since increased spend to almost 10X the initial spend and has reported impressive increases across all campaign KPIs.
